Two species have been reported from Korea:

Habitat: Springs (Smith & Kamiya 2006; Smith et al. 2014) and river gravels (Smith 2011).
Mode of life: Benthic, interstitial.
Reproduction mode: Asexual, males unknown.
Known distribution: Jeju Island (Smith et al. 2014). Elsewhere, Japan (Smith & Kamiya 2006; Smith 2011; Tanaka et al. 2015)

Habitat: Streams, rice fields, ponds, pools and lakes (Chang et al. 2012).
Mode of life: Nektobenthic.
Reproduction mode: Asexual, males unknown.
Known distribution: South Jeolla, South Gyeongsang Province (Kim & Min 1991), North Gyeongsang Province (Kim & Min 1991; Chang et al. 2012). Elsewhere, known from Japan (Okubo & Ida 1989; Okubo 1990; Smith et al. 2011), India (Victor & Fernando 1979), and Sri Lanka (Neale 1984).
